FAQs

  • What is the price of the venue.
    The price of the venue can vary based on your specific needs. Please submit the the interest form and we will be happy to provide an individualized quote.
  • Do you provide tables and chairs or decorations?
    We provide tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. We do not rent out decorations but can recommend a wedding event planner and a wedding rental company.
  • How many people can you accommodate?
    Our lodge and cabins can accommodate up to 28 overnight guests. The venue grounds can accommodate up to 100.
  • Do you have wedding packages?
    At this time we are only offering the venue. We can recommend wedding vendors that can put a wedding package together for you.
  • Do you have an indoor facility?
    We are an outdoor venue. We can make a recommendation for tent rental.
  • Can we bring an ATV to help us get around the property?
    Yes you are welcome to bring your ATV
  • Do all the cabins have a hot tub?
    Yes each cabin and the yurt has a hot tub.
  • How many guests can the covered pavilion hold?
    The pavilion is big enough for roughly 25 people. There is a larger smoker and fire pit in the pavilion.
  • Where can a ceremony be held on the property?
    There are several areas that make gorgeous wedding back drops. The rock amphitheater, the banks of Brush Creek and the hill top with a view are all beautiful.
  • What time can we arrive and when do we need to leave the venue?
    Checking is at 4pm on Friday Evening and check out is 10 am Sunday morning.
  • Do you provide porta potties and do we need them?
    Depending upon the number of guests. We require porta potty rental if you have more than 40 guests. We do not have porta potties on the grounds but recommend Bonds Septic for your porta potty needs.
  • Are campers or tents allowed?
    We do not allow campers or tents on the grounds.
  • Do you allow pets?
    We do not allow pets on the grounds or in the cabins.
  • When do we pay for the venue?
    At the time of booking we collect a 50 percent nonrefundable deposit to hold your dates. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days before the date. You can set up a payment plan.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before the event. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable, meaning the full amount will be forfeited.
  • When can we book a tour?
    Venue tours are set up by appointment only. Please reach out by sending in the booking form.
  • How are the sleeping arrangements set up in the cabins?
    Stones Throw Lodge has a king bedroom with a queen pull out sofa, and an en suite bathroom on the second floor. A queen bedroom on the second floor A bunk room with two double size beds and a queen bed on the main level. The main level bathroom is next door. Dry Creek Cabin has a queen bedroom on main level, a pull out queen sofa, and two twin loft beds. Creeks Edge Cabin has a queen bedroom on the main level, and a queen and two twin beds in the loft. The yurt has a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa.
  • How close is the venue to the Buffalo River?
    Brush Creek Venue is conveniently located 3.8 miles from the town of Marshall Ar. We are a short 15 minute drive to the banks of the Buffalo River.
